General aim:

Long-Term Goals:
Objective 1
- Evaluating digital communication systems for efficiency improvement
- Strengthen community relationships
- Review Policies and Procedures
Objective 2
- Lift academic achievement, especially in Sport and Computer Science
- Continue to develop ways to support those with learning/physical difficulties
Objective 3
- Implementing relevant government requirements
Objective 4
- Expand advertising locally and regionally to improve publicity
- Support ESL learning
- Increase student numbers onsite and online
Objective 5
- World Class Education (ACE by SCEE)
- Knowledge and implementation of pathways to desired employment
- Implement Alumni group
Short-Term Goals:
Objective 1
- Intensify Silverstream planting
- Increase presence in the community: Friends and Neighbours, fundraising events
- Improve sports equipment; implement sports uniforms
- Take part in student conferences and competitions (local, regional, national)
Objective 2
- Unify school reports (twice a year) – onsite and online
- Regular assessments (tracking sheets)
- Training teachers (teacher-only-days) – special needs (autism; ADHD)
- Communication with parents – regular forums and interviews with teachers

- Review digital communication systems and teachers‘ timetables
- Special focus on missionaries – worldwide and national
- Regular communication with staff
- Implement new methods of learning (Computer Science, Science) and development programmes

- Principals‘ Meetings – OPPA, NZACS, FACE
